Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is in a great neighborhood near Dupont Circle, close to lots of bars and restaurants, and within a short distance to shops and downtown. The rooms, although perfect for a shared bedroom, lacked great lighting with only one light above the mirror. The service was very helpful and accommodating, but the reception staff's behavior was rude and unaccommodating. The dining options were kind of expensive and not that good, but the view on the 9th floor was great.
The hotel is conveniently located near Dupont, Embassy Row, Adams Morgan, and 14th Street, making it easy to explore downtown. The rooms are a bit small and lack a microwave, but the cafe on-site offers delicious options. The staff was unwelcoming during check-in, insisting on a hefty deposit just based on appearance. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's prime location and nearby metro access are definite perks.
The hotel offered large and comfortable rooms, though I was taken aback when a maintenance person entered without knocking. With four beds, it was a spacious stay after two nights. The service was mostly helpful and nice, particularly from John and the front desk lady. However, my car was unfortunately damaged during my stay. The location, while not close to the subway, was fresh and fully stocked during my visit, but do note the early closing time. The dining experience was a bit overpriced and lacked quality, especially considering the early closure. The facilities were decent overall.
The hotel is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, providing a beautiful and safe atmosphere. The rooms, though lacking amenities and slightly small, serve the basic needs. The service, offered by all amazingly kind and helpful staff, adds to the pleasant stay. However, the dining options were a bit underwhelming in terms of quality and price.
The hotel has a great location near Georgetown, making it perfect for a weekend in the city. The rooms were a bit outdated with small bathrooms, and unfortunately, noise from construction made it difficult to sleep. The staff offered excellent service, being accommodating and prompt. Dining at the ninth-floor cafe provided a delicious experience with a lovely view, although it closed early.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel. The rooms were always clean, at an even, comfortable temperature, but there was no fridge. The service was exceptional, and the staff made my stay welcoming and comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to various attractions, but daily room cleaning could improve it. The dining experience was satisfactory, with a cafe on-site, but lacking a breakfast buffet option. Overall, a good value for the money.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were large and comfortable, with a nice and clean atmosphere. However, I found the lighting a bit dim with limited options for illumination. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff always in a great mood and very professional. The location was excellent, close to many bars, restaurants, and public transit options, making it convenient for exploring the city. The dining experience was good, although slightly expensive and lacking variety. Overall, a great hotel with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were almost clean, spacious, and had great storage options, although a bit crowded. The service was friendly and accommodating, although some noise at night. The location was super convenient, close to restaurants and transport. The dining was good, with a comfortable seating area.
